Interstate Compact for probation?

I"m on probation in VA but Interstate compact because I live in Md...Which probation officer can violate me?

    your MD prob off. will forward informtion on how your doing on prob. if you do something to violate, i.e. new offense then VA will file the violation and a warrant will be forwared to MD, that is if they want to extradite you to VA

Your VA PO will submit a violation report to MD. It's up to the MD PO and prosecutor whether or not they wish to bring you back to face revocation. I would guess that it depends upon the violation. If it was serious, then they will likely come get you since MD and VA adjoin.
