Can background investigators see if you have failed a previous background investigation? (records checks etc?)?
-
I failed a background in one state but am about to go into another one in another state. Will they be able to see the other background investigation in any way? I feel as if I tell them then I will automatically not get the job regardless.

Answer:
Actually if you go to that particular's state's government site, and check on there, I believe you will find a more definite answer than here.
