Something was stolen from one place to another?

• i want to know if i can go any further than placing a police report on a stolen radio? my car was towed by FIESTA wreckers and i had my car taken to ANCHOR from fiesta two days later.Because they provided loaner cars. I was at fiesta when anchor picked up my car; everything was inside. I saw him and have two witnesses including an anchor employee.When my car got to anchor my stereo was stolen. They took pictures when the car got there and the radio was no longer in there. ITS OBVIOUS THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOOK IT!!! the shop owner wont give me the info on the tow truck driver, and the cops said that they are just going to say they dont know anything and thats it. I feel like thats not right there is a TIME PERIOD!! Come On Someone HELP ME!! I would understand if it was stolen from the car accident scene by fiesta that was my loss whatever, but I had doubled checked right before ANCHOR got there and everything was there.:(

  this could be very hard for you to pursue yourself and can be very costly to you , try getting in touch with your insurance company and they will do the research for you. You say you have a witness he would have to put something in writing also and if he is not prepared to do this then i am afraid you stand to loose. it is always worth taking pictures at every stage for your own benefit and a log of all events. times, place and names of any persons involved. unfortunately with no proof of your own it will be hard. ADDITIONAL INFO you need to file a civil law persuite against the person involved. but will give rise to the need of and use of investigation these are legal conducted obligations between one or two parties EQUITY: the principal which deals with treating all persons equality under the law. it also deals with property right and obligations. you can do this yourself through the courts but you need a correct name and an address including post code you need to make sure that the form is filled in correctly with no spelling mistakes on the name and address or the courts can throw it out If you do not want to pursue this through the insurance company then you have to keep in constant contact with the police, they will have to listen if you have photos and a written statement from a witness. if you fail with the police then it is really down to your insurance company this is when they would contact the likes of me.
