Out of State Speeding points transfer to NJ license.?
-
Hello. I received a speeding ticket in PA going 71 mph in zone of 65 mph (6mph over the speed limit). I know that NJ records 2 points for out of state violation regardless of nature of violation. If I go to PA court and get no points, will this still be assessed as 2 points in NJ? Is it worth going to PA court for plea bargain to have no points? Or NJ will anyway give 2 points weather no points for PA ticket? Your expertise is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
