What writing sample for a congressional internship?

Which writing sample should I submit to an internship with INTERPOL?

• I am a political science major applying to a summer internship with the U.S.'s branch of INTERPOL. I need to submit a writing sample, and I'm not sure what topic it should be on. They do ask for poli sci majors specifically, but I don't know if they're looking for more of an international focus, or criminal justice, or what. I was going to submit a political science paper that analyzed a Senate race in the most recent election. However I also have some writing samples on international politics (specific topics in current France and Greek history). Less on-topic, I have a paper on the media and politics as well (journalistic freedom in Egypt), and that details a Supreme Court case. The writing sample is short, only one or two pages, so it would be an excerpt from any of these. The quality is pretty much the same, I like the two international politics papers the best. Which do you think I should send? What topic would be closest to what INTERPOL does?
