Anyone you know ever been falsely arrested?

Arrested for marijuana, does anyone know the consequences in court?

I was arrested in may for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and im going to juvenile court in one week. I am a 14 year old girl, and i was caught with half an ounce. My friends said i would most likely have community service hours & go on probation. Does anyone know how many hours, or what do you think ill get?? anything else i need to know? ive never been to court and im kinda scared... oh and the cops i had werent that bad and since i was a girl and so young, they charged me with a "local charge" instead of state. will it go on my permanent record?

You should have not done it cuz you go to court and it will go on youre permanent record the plice dont leave it off youre permanent record you know. at least i dont do his kind of stuff
