What camera should we get?

If I cannot get my lost camera back from Lost&Found service, what should I do?

  • I lost my camera at Macy's after Christmas Day. After I noticed I lost my camera, I went to lost & found service. I found my camera's log on that day but couldn't't get my camera back. Loss prevention staff said they were investigating the case, and I've waited for their reply. They guess somebody in the store got my camera, so they lost my camera. Also they don't know who took it. I want to know the investigation process, but they don't say anything and now they don't even answer my call.. I didn't report the police. In this case, do I just wait for their call? Or, is there any way to find my camera or to get the compensation? It's just unbelievable. Please advise.

    you lost your camera and want compensation? I would say if if it wasnt insured for theft or loss you are going to have to suck it up! It isnt Macys fault you cant keep track of your property

^exactly^ its your fault you lost your camera im sorry but thats life. Do you think the city of new york would refund you if you dropped a million dollars? its the same thing it was your job to keep track of your camera not macys job.

hopefully you had insurance on your camera, if you dont then i would keep calling them and bugging them until you get somewhere good luck though
