Traffic ticket in out-of-state?
-
I have a traffic ticket from the city of Boulder, CO. It requires me to appear in court at a certain date but I live in CA. I called the court and was told to write a letter to the judge. What should I say in the letter? Is it wise to plea guility. (I am really at fault)

Answer:
You might be able to enter you plea by mail, but there is no way you can plead not guilty and have a trial without ever appearing in court for the trial.
