What other jobs that are in the Police Force?

What other jobs are there in the police force? I'm applying to become a cop however there is a physical test required to get into the course. I weigh over 200lbs and I only have about 2 months to be able to get back in shape-- seems impossible. So I was wondering what other jobs are available in the field? I live in alberta,canada and I really would love to be part of the team. Even a 'desk' job will do. I have also been looking for fingerprinting technology course in my area but they do not offer it. I'm not even sure if Alberta is pretty big on the whole fingerprinting technicians. Please help. Thank you!
