that is not a criminal issue. There is nothing illegal there. It could be a civil matter though. depending on what he is saying it could be considered slander or defamation of character, if successful in court you will be awarded money. But you do have the burden of proof against you. can you prove that it was him? did you se him do it? how do you know? I wouldn't worry about it.
