How do I go about becominga SWAT Paramedic?

Just here recently I've had some major interest in becoming a SWAT paramedic. I've read some articles but , i really want to know how to this job because I wan to save lives.

You have to be a beat cop first. Usually you must do a minimum of 2 years on the street before being promoted. Of course you'll also need a paramedic license (about $4,000).
