Where can I locate a ne. ga. based bio-fuil co?

My husband is trying to transfer his felony probation from GA to Co.?

  • We started the process on June 9, 2008 and now its Aug and we're still in GA. He has 4 more years of probation left. We really need to get to get to CO. The opportunity we have in CO is not one we want to miss out on. What can we do to find out where the transfer stands and how much longer it is going to take? Please e-mail me if anyone can help me with this.

  • Answer:

Let his PO know you are moving, the PO in GA will contact the probation office in city/town in CO you are moving to. If CO says they will take him. Which more then likely be yes. They do this all the time. When he gets the green light from his PO and you get to CO he will have to report to his new PO. Good luck

Contact his Probation officer and see if it is ok to move. Since he is on probation, he would have one of those. The only time I see t is if he has a Parole officer and was released from prison. Just apply for a move request, go to court, and if the judge sees it fit... You can move.

Have his probation officer check into it.
