Is night sleep good or day i mean i dont sleep in night but in day i sleep a lot! only night sleep is good?

im pretty sure its fine as long as you get sleep.. it being dark out has nothing to do with being healthy or anything... i never sleep at night :p im perfectly fine so i dont think it matters

Most people sleep during the night because most activities are done during the day. If you find it easier to sleep during the day and it's not interfering with whatever you need to do during the course of your day then it shouldn't be a problem, as long as your are getting 6 to 9 hours of sleep and not over or under-sleeping. If you are sleeping only during the day because you cannot fall asleep at night, then I would recommend seeing your doctor and talking to him about your sleep problems.
