How can I get a better sleeping pattern?

How can i get my sleeping pattern back to normal?

  • Im supposed to sleep around 21:00 and wake around 06:30 yet it seems i sleep at school and in the day and when i get home from school im sleepy but then when it's night im awake all the time! i can never sleep but then when it's around 05:00 i start to fall asleep then one hour later... BRINNG! Alarm wakes me. Nothing pecuiliar is happening to me. Im an average 15 year old girl, school life is decent, home life is ok. Theres ups and downs but nothing that bothers me. Any ideas/tips/advice on how i can sleep at the right time? Thanks

    Well what works for me, is to just NOT sleep other than when I want to. I know, especially in school it's hard to stay awake sometimes. Write letters to friends, or do something to keep yourself awake. By the time you get home, you're gonna want to take a nap, but don't. Naps are bad for your health, and you'll also end up not having enough sleep at night (when it really counts). Once it's past 9 PM, try going to sleep. If you can't sleep, try waking up earlier, so you get more tired at the end of the day. When I want to go to sleep sooner, I train myself to wake up earlier, and it works for me.
