What causes nose bleeds and dizzy headedness? My nose bleeds out of the blue and i get really light headed.?

I was trying to eat last night and every time i tried my nose would start bleeding. I went to work this morning everything was fine. i get there and my nose starts bleeding again and i'm so light headed that i think i'm going to pass out. I have never had any thing likes this happen to me before.

Nose bleeds are normally caused from a tearing in the membrane that lines the nasal cavity. It can tear very easily this time of year due to the cold; the membrane is very senisitive to cold weather. The lightheadedness could be caused from a drop in blood pressure as well. If your nose bleeds are a habit all year round though, I would get them looked at just to be safe.
