How can i get used to only sleeping around 8 hours a day?

im 15 year old boy and i sleep about 12 hours when there is no school i go sleep 12 am and sometimes later but i really want to start trying to get used to only sleeping 8 hours a day. on school days i sleep about 7 hours ( you would think i would get used to it ) but when there is no school i sleep 12 or more hours i really want to try sleeping around 8 hours a day and getting used to it and waking up naturally after around 8 hours but i cant do it please give me some advise. and when i try going sleep Early i just role around until its about 12:30 ive tried to not sleep the day before and then go sleep around 10 but then that night i went sleep i just slept for longer
