Really bad allergies and possible sinus infection.

Symptoms of a sinus infection or just allergies?

• I have not been formally diagnosed with allergies but through out the year I have many sinus headaches off and on but a lot of headaches in general since I was little (chronic migraines, I suffer from cluster headaches) Anyways, For about 3 weeks I've been experiencing sinus headaches, mild stuffiness, cough, trouble breathing, and that's about it. The sinus headaches and congestion respond to over the counter cold meds, the cough and trouble breathing generally happens during the evening. Any suggestions on what this might be? I had no cold symptoms at all, no sore throat, fever, I have no postnasal drip,or extra fluid anywhere. I have a doctors appointment but I have to wait until after thanksgiving since I couldn't get an earlier appointment. Allergies or Sinus infection? Also the headaches aren't every day they're more like every two or three days, mild to moderate pain and pressure.

  I find sinutab good because it covers the basic symptoms and it has paracetamol in it to help with pain relief. You could put some vic's vapour rub/eucalyptus oil/olbus oil in a basin of hot water and inhale the steam under a towel Souds more like an allergy than sinus infection but one might be making the other one worse. It could be caused by dust or animal hair?
