Left sided symptoms, gurgling under rib, headache, weight loss, eye and nose ache, sharp pain, soft stool...?
-
i have terrible anxiety, but recently i've lost a stone in weight because of it (or so i think) over the past month or so i've gained some concerning symptoms to my left side, including: headache over my left eye, itchy and irritated left eye, blocked/stuffed left nostril (i think this is a cluster headache? although i'm not sure) when i sniffle up or breathe through my nose too, i get a horrible metal-y, chemical fluid-y taste and smell. sharp pains to my lower ribs at the back 'dull' feeling and sort of numb to my lower left rib strange skin sensation to my left side bubbling and gurgling under my left rib and i believe 'upper left quadrant' short natural breath emptiness (like when you don't eat for a while) and pressure/tension under my left rib my lower left ribs feel as though they've got something underneath them uncomfortable, like my skin has rolled under if i sit awkwardly. then i'll sit upright and it'll go away, but if i lean towards my left side it's like a bubble is pushing against from the inside, and my ribs from the back seem to 'curl under' as if they're digging into whatever is under my left ribs. for a week i have also had bad gas and soft (not watery, not quite diarrhea) stool i got the soft stool after a night of alcohol, however it has lasted for a week now. the gurgling isn't just under my rib...it's my whole abdomen but mainly towards the left side it's like my stomach has air in it and when i move the air bubbles float to the top and under my ribs. the general stomach groans and noises are all the time. before and after i've eaten, so i don't believe it's what i'm eating. i HAVE been to the doctors about this, but as soon as she heard me mention that i have anxiety/panic attacks she instantly blamed them for this 'feeling'. but i know my body and i didn't go to the doctors because of my panic attacks, i went because of my symptoms. i went through a phase of googling everything wrong with me and i've come across some pretty worrying stuff! the closest symptoms regarding my ribs and respiratory i've found is, pneumothorax (collapsed lung) but the doctor seems to think both sides of me sounds as if and is getting the right amount of air...though i'm a worrier and i do expect the worst so i still have these doubts. the other thing i've come across is clust headaches which explains the top half of my symptoms, and the lower half of me i find results for trapped gas, IBS and things regarding my digestive system opposed to my lungs or whatever. do any of you have an idea what it could be? i'm very tempted to go to A&E for a scan or blood tests about this considering my doctor did nothing, gave me nothing and barely reassured me.
