Why does my ring finger and toe keep twitching?
-
For the past 3 days (I think) my ring finger has been twitching. I don't drink excess caffeine and I get decent amounts of sleep...I haven't had any injuries either. But it continues to twitch and I don't know why! And today my toe has started to twitch too. The same toe every time too and its becoming more frequent. Anyone know why this is happening and will it stop?

I don't know this to be true or a myth and I don't have a medical degree but I've heard that that sort of twitching comes from a lack of sodium in your diet.
