What's the best over-the-counter nose spray?

Nose Wash Or Saline Spray?

• does it clean out the boogers without blowing or picking my nose or anything?? im asking because my nose is sensitive and i dont want to blow my nose or especially pick my nose! does any nasal wash spray help it remove it? saline spray and nasal spray are the same thing right?? and should saline spray remove the booger automatically? also,whats the difference between saline spray and the netti pot? a

  There's this thing that you can get at most pharmacies called a "nose bidet" (pronounced beday). You use it everday so and it will clean out your sinuses! No sinus headaches or anything! But your best bet is to talk with a doctor first aight!! That way if you want to use nasal spray, he can suggest the right one, or talk to you more about a nose bidet. =)
