Where can I get Med test no insurance?

I live in Columbus, Ohio. Have lost job and med insurance. Have thyroid and bp problems, doctor insist on new blood test every 6 mo to refill prescriptions, cost around $300.00 + doctor visit. Where could I go to get this done cheaper, a lot cheaper?
