I keep getting DOS attacks.

I keep getting short of breath and my doctor said it could b pannick attacks but I don't think it is?

  • I'm 15 and went to my doctor because for the last 6 months I hav been feeling short of breathe and faint, he checked my heart beat etc but said he has no idea, he was then like hav u got any exams coming up, I said yes, and he said maybe u r getting panick attcks but he wasn't sure so has asked my to keep a diary for the next 2 weeks of when I feel like this and the symptoms, however I hav looked up about pannick attacks and it says that they r quick and don't last long but I can feel short of breath for hours, does anyone no wats wrong with me!!! Ps I am not fat

    Harry's answer is good, that it might be a form of asthma. I am middle aged and sometimes ahve shortness of breath. Usually I get up, go to door and breathe outside air and feel better. But I'm also kinda overweight. so might be both. Panic attacks are kinda strange. I think they can be long term, but usually they are momentary. It is a good idea to try keeping the diary because it might help you find that you mgiht have reactions to certain foods, too.
