Why do my legs and feet go numb?

My fingers/hands and feet/legs easily go numb or "fall asleep".?

  • I am only 32, and am wondering why this happens so often. If I lay on an arm to watch TV for 2 or 3 minutes, my whole arm will go numb. If I lay on my side, the same thing will happen in my lower torso/legs/feet. I have no medical conditions to date...Suggestions?
