Wake up really early... and choose whenever you want to go to sleep duh...
I have the same problem. I get into a habit where I go to bed really early in the morning. Stay up until 3 or 2pm. Then sleep until midnight. The next day stay up until 6 or 7pm, then get up at 4am. Then go to bed at a normal time. Another way is to go to bed at 4am, but get up 3 hours later at 7am. You'll be tired all day, but you'll be tired enough to fall asleep at a normal time.
