I'm a 25 yr old female in good shape and i work full time... i just always feel exhausted like i cant be bothered doing anything when im not at work. when im at work its just so stressful and i only get through it cause i HAVE TO - i need money to live! at the end of each day im grumpy and tired and than i cant sleep and i have to take tablets to help me feel drowsy enough to sleep. im wondering if its normal to be this tired all the time at 25!!!!

Seems like you might have some depression/anxiety; or, it could be your thyroid. See a doctor. Good luck.

Possibly depression, poor diet, lack of quality sleep. Avoid sugar and caffeine, eat a healthy diet, take a multivitamin and exercise. Get your blood work done to check if anything is lacking.

diabetes makes you feel tired when your blood sugar is too high or too low. avoid sweet food and high carb meals.

Your main problem seems to be a sleeping problem caused by stress. Some light exercise at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off and that often improves your sleep. Your fatigue problem could also be due to stress. Perhaps you need more energy enzymes from more fruit and vegetables. Under eating (if relevant) or dehydration (if relevant) and even iron anemia as well as insufficient sleep are other possible causes of fatigue.
