What causes a misshapen pupil in your eye?

RIGHT PUPIL BIGGER THAN LEFT PUPIL....HELP......?

• My bf gets these extremely bad headaches every so often (once sometimes twice a month). He feels a lot of pressure in the back of his eyes and around his eyebrow bones. It goes away after having slept for 3 or 4 hours, but sometimes its so bad he can't get to sleep because of the pain, making him very nauseous and throwing up for about an hour back and forth to the bathroom, until he does get to sleep. Sometimes before the headache comes on, on one of his eyes ( never both at the same time, but it happens to either one) he sees a shadow of a fan flickering in the corner of his eye, which hurts and makes him feel kind of nauseous.It could last for the whole night starting from the evening, and than the headache will come on, and if he's lucky it won't or it will show up the next morning. As for the pupil bigger than the other, well he woke up with another bad headache at ten a.m today, and slept it off until 2, but now his left pupil is bigger than the right. I shined a flashlight over each one to see if they dilate with the light and go back to normal and they do perfectly fine, but they are still like that. It has happened before without the headache, but we had googled it and it said if you feel fine than it shouldn't be a problem, but than also it shows a list of possible causes but there are so many its not easy trying to figure it out.

  Aniscoria is common in about 20% of people and can lead to migraine. However, the worry is the reason why he gets this. It may be a temporary thing or could be brought on by medication such as asthma treatment. There are many other underlying medical conditions which may contribute to Aniscoria, some minor, some severe, but my advice is to seek medical advice from a doctor.
