What happens when an amnesiac gets their memory back?

• a friend of mine was in a car accident and she said she lost her memory of me cuz we had just met a year ago. and we talked and i reminded her of all the things we did and she said she had some thngs tht she thinks she remembers but shes not sure. she said tht we golfed together which we didnt but we did go to a sports store and did like fake golfing once. and then the more we talked and suddenly she started to ask about things tht did happen like she was suddenly remembering them. also she was listenin to music and a song came on she said she remembered a convo we had when she was listening to tht song. but idk if this is real or if shes kidding or wat. can her memory of me really come back like tht?
