How to relieve a stuffy nose?

  • everytime i lie down, my nose comes back to stuffed and i start to breathe through my mouth. so for the past 3 day my breath has been stinkier and is always dry in the morning. I blow my nose qutie enough till i hear my ears pop. I tried the steam method, It's still there. The thing's that I sniffed too much that it caused me to have a headache right now. I CANNOT sleep. During the day, if the room's warm enough, My nose would like run. What is this and how can i stop it?
