I get headaches every time I work my body?

Like when I go to the gym and workout, I get headaches now after a few different machines at the gym I get a blistering headache that only goes away if I don't do anything for awhile. I also just went out for a bike ride and hit off a headache pretty quickly. Could it be linked to not enough sleep?

Sleep and dehydration sound like the two biggest culprits in your case. Try chewing on a gum while you workout. There is some evidence that suggests our blood sugar levels play a role in the causation of headaches and migraines. You should also try to massage your head with oil before you workout, it would help you open blocked energy channels.

It can be linked of not getting enough sleep, also keep in mind how is your daily diet, are you eating enough? make sure before you work out you at least had a meal..Drink vitamins or the best thing for you to do is to go to your Dr and let him know about your headache, hopefully it would be nothing severe..Good luck
It might be linked to lack of sleep, and may be caused by dehydration. When I work out, I must drink a lot of water, or else I will get a headache.
