How can I stop myself from falling back asleep?

Here's the problem: I wake up, I shut off my alarm, and I even GET A SHOWER. Then, after my shower, before I've gotten dressed again, I go lay down under the blankets cause it's cold. What are some ways I can prevent myself/train myself to not return to those blankets? Keep in mind that usually in the morning I don't have much control over my actions.

Lol, you're worse than me in the morning:P Tried cold water in the shower? And instead of crawling under the blankets, get a bathroom robe and bunny slippers or something, to keep warm. And go make yourself a cup of coffee:P It's warm and it will wake you up:) Put on the TV, radio, whatever, make noise.
