Why can't hear with my right ear?

I cant hear so good out of right ear?

• i can hear fine, but if i put on head phones( big dj kind) i can tell s difference in my ear. i cant hear as good as my left. i use these headphones all the time. not too loud though cause these dont need to be loud at all since they are dj type headphones. what is wrong? i cleaned my ears with water and the blue syringe. i have not used ear drops. earlier in the day i did hear a high pitched sound in my right ear. what is wrong with my ear?
