How do I get on a regular sleep schedule?

Idk how to get back onto a normal sleep schedule?

  • for the past 4 or 5 months i have been home schooled so i took advantage of that and i go to sleep very late and wake up very late. for example last night i went to sleep at 6 am and woke up at 3 pm. it used to be more like 3am-12pm. this schedule i think might be a factor to some depression i have been having. so basically i was wondering how to get back onto a normal sleep schedule. and i was also wondering what a bad sleep shedule can do to your health?

    Go to sleep befire nine and put your alarm clock to wake up at nine. If you sllep to much you get lazier and confuses the body
