Idk how to get back onto a normal sleep schedule?

for the past 4 or 5 months i have been home schooled so i took advantage of that and i go to sleep very late and wake up very late. for example last night i went to sleep at 6 am and woke up at 3 pm. it used to be more like 3am-12pm. this schedule i think might be a factor to some depression i have been having. so basically i was wondering how to get back onto a normal sleep schedule. and i was also wondering what a bad sleep shedule can do to your health?

Answer:
Go to sleep befire nine and put your alarm clock to wake up at nine. If you sllep to much you get lazier and confuses the body
