How can i increase my eyesight?

  • hi im tired of wearing contact lenses. i have been in glasses since i was a little kid and when i became a teenager i started wearing contact lenses thinking my eyesight would get better. i used to eat alot of carrots until i found out that it doesnt work. i try eye excerses but they seem to not work unless im not doing them right. some people said massage your eyes and they helps but i dont see a diffrence. can someone tell me stuff i can do to help my vision so i dont have to wear contacts anymore?

It's all genetics but you could try taking the new visibe tired eye eye drops

There are tons of products available to help eyesight. They're all garbage. There are exercises to help strengthen eyes, but these are really only for people with a lazy eye (or eyes) or for people with a very (very) minor need for glasses. Sorry, but your only choice is corrective surgery.
