Changing my sleep pattern?

  • I usually go to sleep between 1 and 2 am and wake up at 10 am because of my job. I'm taking some time off now because I have a test on Friday. The test is at 8 am in the morning which means I need to wake up at 5 am. this past week, I've been going to bed at 8pm but I'm no where even close to asleep until 10 or 11 pm. Despite an alarm clock, I'm not up until 7 am. How do I change my sleep pattern around?

    Keep at it this week. If by thursday you still are not waking up, schedule a wake up from a parent or friend. It is very hard to change ones sleep cycle. Good luck with this and your testing.
