Trouble talking? please help.?

IVe suddely had this feeling that started about 2 months ago. i feel like theres pressure on my throat.and that feeling in your throat that you feel before your about to cry like theres a lump in your throat. i feel this all the time when im not nervous and when I'm talking to anyone. When i talk i feel like i cant complete sentences, my voice shakes, and feel like i have to take i big breath after each sentence. but my voice still shakes and its embarrassing. someone please help idk what to do. i went to the doctor and she gave me this inhaler but it did nothing. please help anyone, thankyou.
