How can i fall asleep faster?

  • I have ADHD and anxiety issues, but i think i'm getting insomnia. when i finally fall asleep, its after i've taken 6, maybe even 8 melatonin tablets, when the recommended is 2! i feel like crap during the day, like i'm weak... the feeling i get only when i take melatonin. Someone help, i'd like to be able to fall asleep more natural way.
