Medical question?

A medical question on smoking?

  • Question number one: -If a person smokes medium-heavy smokes (e.g. marlboro lights), in few months the effects come out (coughing, reduced stamina, etc), but how many years does it take for the lungs to fully become blackened due to smoking? Question number two: -After the lungs have become fully blackened from smoking, if the person stopped smoking at all, will his/her lungs ever become fully clean and healthy like they were before s/he started smoking? If yes, how long does it take for that pair of lungs to eliminate all the "blackened" cells, and thus becoming healthy again? (preferably, a medical, detailed answer please)

  • Answer:

I smoked for 32 years had a stroke stopped that day the doc's said that my lungs looked like tar.. now they say that they look 50% better its been 2yrs... my advise is if you are smoking STOP ASAP ....
