How long does it take pink eye to go away?

• i just got pink eye this morning so i didn't wear my contacts today. i won't wear them to school tomorrow but i want to wear my contacts to the football game tomorrow night because i can't see that well with my glasses either(i have -7.50 prescription). i have some pink ewye relief drops. so if i use them and don't wear my glasses to school, will i be able to wear them to the football game tomorrow night? if not, how long will it take until i can wear my contacts again?

  i got pink eye about a month ago and i only had my contacts out for a day and a half i think, i also used some eye drops that said expired in 2006.. : / not sure how safe that was but i did lol but then i was going to my bfs house 2 days after and i didnt want to wear my coke bottles bc i am too blind as a bat so i put fresh contacts in. my eyes were ok, still a tiny bit scratchy but not bad at all. so id say your good to go just try to take your contacts out as soon as possible after the game.
