I keep getting panic attacks, but I am not worrying about anything so I don't understand. Please, some advice?

I have been getting panic attacks on and off for the last year to 15 months, but I came off my medication about 2 months ago and I haven't felt 100% since. I am still getting the occasional panic attacks, but they are not the same as usual. I am not over thinking things, I am a little worried about going abroad to Africa for my holiday this month, but apart from that I am not worried about anything else. I am starting to worry that I may have something wrong with my lungs, but I am not getting breathless at the gym, I have been feeling okay. The only thing that worries me is that I have had a pain on the right side of my back for a couple months now, and I'm not sure what it could be. I just assumed it was from straining myself from weight training, but it's been in the same position for all this time and I am a little worried. If I go to the doctors, they will probably just say that wave it off as back strain or something else, the same with my anxiety. If I said that I had worried about my lungs, the doctor would probably rule that out as something else too. Anyway, I don't know what I should do about these issues. Any reassuring advice?

You are most likely fine. I have panic attacks too, so bad that i convinced my self that i have heart problems/ cancers/ other ridiculousness assumptions, I feel your pain bro. What ive done to keep them at bay is to " enjoy " them, ask for them even when im not having one and you will stop having them lol, simple huh? google panic away and read his free course/ subscribe for news letters, it changed my life :D good luck, out of curiosity which country in Africa are you travelling to? Also you could go and have a general check up to put your mind at ease, you never know if you actually do have something wrong since you are having pains and what not, I also have anxiety and it attributes to chest, neck, back, etc pains.
