Why does my eye lid keep twitching?

My left bottom eye lid has been twitching for 2 months! its driving me insane! How do i make it stop?!

r u getting enough sleep n drinking plenty of water? i find that when i don't get enough rest i tend to have this problem. also, without ample water i also experience muscle cramping in my extremities and lower back. water seems to be the key to everything.
