I got question about obamas new health care plan?

• ok i pay for health insurance. costing me about 200 a month part is payed for bec i have it with my job with this new government health care will this mean everybody will get it for free except they just take more tax out of our pay checks? if its not 200 dollars a month worth of tax i may not mind canceling one i got because my premium of more than what the note on my truck is? it may not be a bad idea that way people can retire in their early 60s. alot of jobs cut you off health insurance once you retire thats why most people have to work until they 65 to get health care like my dad it will cost him 600 a month just for himself then another 600 for my mom which he cant afford so he has to work until he is 65. whats going on here?

  My limited understanding. Via tax everyone will pay X sum into a large pot. So if say 10 people pay ten dollars a year your pot is worth 100. Then say one of those ten people fall ill and need treatment, the bill comes back at one dollar, so at the end of the year the pot is left with 9 dollars which is carried forward to the next year and so on. Likewise, in that ten dollars a year is one dollar for a pension fund, so that will be put to one side and the pot fills up. The only problem really is that you are starting with zero in the pot and so it will take time for the pot to build up. People in there 40's or 50's may never see any payment from this Pot, but those age from newborn to 30 will. Yes with a state pension you then can retire which means employment for those leaving college.
