One way instead of pulling an all nighter, if you work, try not to nap after. I do this because i CANNOT sleep well at all. You have to keep yourself busy during the day, even at night do a daily work out, then shower and maybe feel more tired. Find things to do each day, to ensure when bed time hits, you will be able to fall asleep easier. Also try not to sleep in super late, like past 10am. waking yourself up earlier will help with a routine and maybe your body will start to get the hang of things again. for now i say if you have to, take a 1and a half hour nap. staying up all night makes me sickie too, I would play video games, or computer games, or clean the house.
