Its gettin later in ther evening here and gonna go to bed sometime soon n was jus wondering what are some good tips to get relaxed and have a good sleep. Or what kinda things do you do? Thanks in advance

What i do when i can't relax or sleep is i take a hot or warm bath then i drink a cup of:herbal sleepy time tea & within five to ten minutes i'm sleep.So give a try it really works.
Tense all the muscles in your body for a few seconds and then relax them, You should feel more relaxed and tired after that
