HELP ASAP!!! I have a sharp pain on my lower back right above my butt and it connects to my top left thigh/leg?
-
What had happen was I was at work bending over probably awkwardly to pick something up and i just got that quick feeling again......a couple of weeks before it happened when i was at the gym doing some sit down vertical rowing pulls but it went away and NOW it came back, well anyways it hurts when i do really anything like bending over to tie my shoes, put my pants on etc. And if i put pressure on my lower back left side by pushing it with my fingers while i walk it sort of feels better when i walk but other than that it hurts when i walk, run, bend or anything. It also hurts when try to stretch it out, i want to do the butterfly stretch but i'm scared to attempt it fully cause it is too painful for me to attempt/finish it PLEASE HELP!?!?!?!?!?!?
