How Many Weeks Are Left Till Xmas?

I hurt my knees at work. My right gave me pain rightaway. But, my left knee gave me pain weeks later.?

  • I hurt my knees at work. My right gave me pain rightaway. But, my left knee gave me pain weeks later. I got accepted for a work injury for my right knee. I lost ROM in my right knee. I kept on telling my doctor regarding my left knee pain and he is been ignoring it. I never had a knee pain before in my entire life. I started having knee pain after started working for this employer. I want to see my doctor for my left knee. My lawyer said it is hard to open a claim for a left knee eventhough it is tied to right knee unless the doctor admits it. Lot of the doctors hesitant to say it is a work injury eventhough it is. If the doctor lies it is not a work injury, is there any lawyer in washington who can take my case to prove that it is related to work eventhough the doctor says it is not. I know for sure that my left knee problem is a work related. I used to do a lot of bending and squatting at work. My knee pain is getting worst and worst everyday. Doctors are hesitant to admit. Lawyers are saying the doctor has to say it is a work injury in order for the lawyers to help. Does anyone know any lawyers in washington area who can fight for my case eventhough the doctors are hesitant to say it is a work injury.
