How long does it take for a pulled muscle to heal?
-
My left leg has been hurting for a little over a month now but I didn't do anything to it that I know of. About 5 weeks ago, I woke up on a Friday morning and my leg was really sore and it was hard to bend it. The pain is kinda behind the knee. It's not an unbearable pain but achy and sore. I mowed my moms yard the night before but I don't recall doing anything to it and it was fine when I went to bed that night. As long as I'm moving around, it doesn't hurt but when I get up for the day or just from sitting for awhile it's sore and feels tight. I went to the dr. a few weeks ago and she had me do some bends and streches and she felt around a little and said she thought it was a pulled muscle but it's still hurting at times. Does it take a long time for a pulled muscle to heal?
