Physical Therapy for Broken Wrist?

Anyone here done physical therapy after a broken bone at home?

  • broke my arm and doing physical therapy at home.that medical group is not touching me, especially the physical therapists. Many ill reports have come from there.I had a cousin who didn't listen and went anyways, they ended up re-injuring her and prolonged her recovery. They, in other words, ''suck''. They are also the only physical therapists that i am covered for. so, i have been searching all i need to know about rehabing at home.all the exercises and such that i need to be doing. anyone else do this? how did recover turn out? everyone is aprehensive, but i'm not taking any risks.I'm also not dicking around with recovery, i'm serious.I NEED to get back to work or else I don't eat! i've already seen improvement in pain levels and flexability.i'm two weeks out of cast.i'm not typing with both hands with my injured side could barely straighten out two weeks ago

  • Answer:

I had two broken arms and use the flex tape/excercise tape things and a thing that attchteches to the doorand you pull up and downon it, it worked within 2 weeks they were easier to move, i needed to move them becasue my arms were so skinny from muscles contracting from not using them ,and after that happened it got less painful and now I am good, with no pain, but my arms crack at times
