I Have Runners Knee and Jumpers Knee And My Pain Is Still There...?

i am in competition cheer leading and we practice 4 times a week and my knee started hurting towards the beginning and has gotten worse i went ot the doctor about 2 months ago and i had to do physical therapy and got this knee brace http://www.breg.com/knee-bracing/patellofemoral/lateral-stabilizer.html and its not doing anything so i went back because now even when i walk my knee has a stabbing pain and the doctor said there was nothing he could do just keep wearing the brace so do you know anything i could do? thanks =-)
