• I had a minor injury to my LCL (grade one injury) and got a knee brace from the doctor. The one he gave me irritates my skin, is really hot(neoprene), slides down my leg, prevents me from bending my leg comfortably, and is falling apart. Also, recently I was walking in Kroger and I felt a pop in my LCL just like i did when i sprained it, I was wearing the knee brace then, and I feel like if I can't walk without re-spraining my knee, then how will I be sure I won't re-sprain it playing soccer if I am wearing that brace.
