I think I pulled a muscle in my leg. How can i make it heal faster? Didi i even pull it?

ok so im on drill team and the other day we ere doing kicks and i noticed that my leg was hurting really bad after i did one kick. Ever since that day i cant go as high on my kicks. Also it hurts when i walk, climb stairs, and it really hurts when i run. I need my leg to heal in a week! Is that possible? Any tips?? Please help!!!

a similar thing happened to me..try tp rest it was much as you can...ice it for 20 minutes on and then 20 off 2-3 times a day/night...keep it elevated if u can...you most likely did pull it...make sure you stretch it out really well in the morning when u wake up...before you go to drill team practice...and before you go to sleep...u should start feeling better in a couple days..but if u do don't go out and over work it because it will start to hurt again...just go easy with that leg for now if u can
