How can I heal the pulled muscle in my leg?

I think I pulled a muscle in my leg. How can i make it heal faster? Didi i even pull it?

a similar thing happened to me..try tp rest it was much as you can...ice it for 20 minutes on and then 20 off 2-3 times a day/night...keep it elevated if u can...you most likely did pull it...make sure you stretch it out really well in the morning when u wake up...before you go to drill team practice...and before you go to sleep...u should start feeling better in a couple days..but if u do don't go out and over work it because it will start to hurt again...just go easy with that leg for now if u can
